The applicable version is that in force on the day of booking.\nIn the event of contradiction between:\nthe Hotel's GTCs,\nthe conditions of the partner through whom the booking was made,\nthe partner's conditions take precedence for the elements expressly specified (rates, cancellation conditions, etc.).\nArticle 3 - Booking3.1 CapacityThe booking is reserved for natural persons over 18 years of age and legally capable of contracting.\nThe person making the reservation (the "Customer") declares that:\nhe/she is acting on his/her own behalf or represents the persons accompanying him/her,\nhe/she guarantees the accuracy of the information provided (identity, contact details, means of payment, etc.).\n3.2 Reservation processReservations can be made:\nvia the secure reservation engine accessible from the official website,\nby telephone or by email to the reservations department,\nvia partner platforms / intermediaries.\Reservations become firm and definitive only after:\sending written confirmation (email) by the Hotel or partner, andin the case of rates requiring a guarantee, providing a valid credit card, a deposit or prepayment according to the rate chosen.\nThe confirmation summarizes: type of room, dates of stay, number of people, rate, services included and cancellation/modification conditions.\n3.3 No right of withdrawalIn accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at a specific time.\nIn other words: once the reservation has been confirmed, the Customer has no right of withdrawal. Reservations are firm and not subject to retraction.\nOnly the cancellation/modification conditions specific to the rate and/or reservation channel apply (see Article 6).\nArticle 4 - Types of rates and specific conditionsDifferent types of rates may be offered, in particular:\nFlexible rates: cancellation/modification conditions possible up to a certain time before arrival;\nPromotional rates/special offers: specific conditions (minimum stay, imposed dates, etc.);\nPrepaid/non-cancellable/non-refundable rates: full prepayment upon reservation, no refund possible in the event of cancellation, modification or no-show.\nThe conditions specific to each rate (cancellation, modification, payment, prepayment) are clearly indicated at the time of booking (on the secure engine, by e-mail from the Hotel, or by the partner).\nThese conditions take precedence over the GCS for the rate concerned.\nArticle 5 - Prices and tourist taxPrices are expressed in euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC), excluding tourist tax and ancillary services, unless otherwise stated.\nUnless otherwise indicated:\nRates are per room and per night,\nfor the number of people indicated,\nfor the period indicated at the time of booking.\Not included, unless otherwise specified in the offer:\breakfast, food, beverages,\spa, treatments, massages,\ ancillary services (transfers, excursions, outdoor activities),\minibar, room service,\and, in general, any services not expressly mentioned as included.\nThe tourist tax, set by the local authorities, is payable directly on site in addition to the room rate, according to the scale in force on the day of the stay.\nThe Hotel may update its rates at any time; changes do not apply to reservations already confirmed.\nArticle 6 - Payment, guarantee and pre-authorization\n6.1 Means of paymentThe means of payment accepted are those displayed on the site, indicated at the time of booking and at the hotel reception desk (in particular credit cards, possibly cash, etc.).\n6.2 Credit card guarantee and pre-authorizationTo confirm certain reservations, the Hotel may require:\a credit card guarantee,\and/or a pre-authorization (temporary blocking of an amount on the Customer's account) covering part or all of the stay, as well as a security deposit for extras.\nIn the event of an invalid card, refusal of pre-authorization or payment, the Hotel may cancel the reservation without compensation, if the Customer does not provide another valid means of guarantee.\n6.3 Payment of stay and extras Depending on the rate:\nStay may be paid in full at the time of booking (prepaid rates),\nor on arrival/departure.\nAdditional services (bar, restaurant, spa, minibar, etc.) not included in the rate must be paid for before departure.\nIn the event of departure without payment, the Hotel is authorized to debit the credit card provided as a guarantee.\nArticle 7 - Cancellation, modification and no-show7.1 Cancellation or modification by the CustomerThe conditions for cancellation or modification depend on:\nthe rate chosen (flexible, non-refundable, promotion, etc.),\nand the reservation channel (official site, agency, OTA...).\In practice:For non-refundable rates, any amount paid is retained by the hotel, and any cancellation or modification is refused.For flexible rates, specific delays and charges apply according to the conditions displayed at the time of booking.\Any cancellation or modification must be made either directly with the Hotel (if booking directly) or with the partner / site used (if booking via an intermediary). Failure to comply with these terms or deadlines may result in a cancellation fee of up to the full amount of the stay booked.\n7.2 No-showIn the event of the Customer's failure to show up on the scheduled day of arrival, without prior cancellation within the period specified in the rate, the reservation is considered cancelled,\nThe Hotel may charge up to 100% of the reserved stay, depending on the rate chosen,\nThe Hotel is under no obligation to keep the room for subsequent nights.\n7.3 Cancellation or modification by the HotelIn the event of exceptional circumstances, cases of force majeure, unforeseen work, or the impossibility of operating the establishment:\nThe Hotel may be obliged to cancel or modify a reservation,\nnet will propose, as far as possible, an alternative solution of rehousing in an establishment of equivalent or higher category, or the reimbursement of sums paid for services not provided,\nwithout any other additional compensation.\nArticle 8 - Stay at the Hotel8.1 Arrival and departureUnless otherwise stated:\nRooms are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival,\nand must be vacated no later than 12:00 noon on the day of departure.\nAny delay in check-out may result in the invoicing of an additional night.\nIn the event of late arrival (after the usual arrival time), the Customer must inform the Hotel. Failure to do so may result in the Hotel treating the reservation as a no-show (see Article 7.2).\n8.2 Room occupancyFor safety reasons:\nthe maximum capacity of the room must not be exceeded under any circumstances,\nany undeclared persons may be refused or charged extra.\nThe Hotel reserves the right to refuse or return any Customer who is:\intoxicated,\nhaving an aggressive or dangerous behavior,\nor adopting an attitude contrary to good morals or internal regulations,\nwithout reimbursement of the stay.\n8.3 Children and minorsChildren under the age of 14 are not accepted at the Relais du Moulin.\nUnaccompanied minors may be refused entry, except with the express prior agreement of the Hotel.\n8.4 PetsUnless prior agreement has been given by the Hotel, pets are not accepted.\nIn the event of exceptional tolerance, the Hotel may charge a supplement and impose strict rules (prohibited areas, leash, etc.). Any damage caused by the animal will be billed to the Customer.\n8.5 Rules of life, nuisances and smoking banThe Customer agrees to:\nRespect the premises, the peace and quiet of the establishment,\nRespect the posted instructions (swimming pool, spa, restaurant, bar, common areas...).\nThe Hotel's rooms and interior areas are non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes), except in expressly designated smoking areas.\In the event of non-compliance, the Hotel may charge cleaning and deodorization costs and, where applicable, operating losses (unusable room).\nAny noisy or disrespectful behavior that may harm other guests or staff authorizes the Hotel to interrupt the stay, without reimbursement.\n8.6 Damage, theft and deteriorationThe Customer is responsible for damage caused in the Hotel:\nto movable property (room, furniture, equipment, etc.)\nand real estate,\nby himself, persons accompanying him or his employees.\nThe Hotel may charge for:\nrepairs,\nreplacements,\nas well as losses related to the temporary impossibility of re-letting the room.\The Hotel declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or deterioration of personal belongings in the rooms, parking lots or common areas, except in the case of proven gross negligence on the part of the Hotel.\nThe Customer is advised to use the security devices available (safe, etc.).\nArticle 9 - Personal data and canvassingThe site is subject to the processing of personal data.
